Shipping policy

We have a 1-2 business day lead time, that excludes weekends and public holidays, for processing and packing all orders sent throughout Australia.

We ship to all Australian destinations direct to your door unless you request the goods to be left at a designated destination for collection.

The courier for your goods will be selected from a range of couriers in our system that have a proven and effective delivery route to your destination.

We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

Your free shipping when offered as a special online will only apply to an Australian orders.

Any special delivery instructions should be included in your order notes and or by contacting us by phone at 1300 26 11 49 or by email at enquires@astecpaints.com.au

Although great care is taken to ensure that all orders are dispatched within the specified time, we reserve the right to extend these times in periods of unforeseen high demand by an addition 2 business days.
